Looking to introduce the world to their innovative suncare powered by their patent-protected DiamondCore® Shield Technology, Pavise came to SMAKK to develop a disruptive and dynamic campaign to launch their brand.

Pavise was founded through breakthrough science developed at Harvard and M.I.T. Their products deliver superior and longer wavelength protection from UVA, UVB, and Visible Light while yielding a transparent, luxurious finish for all skin types with no white cast. We knew we wanted to develop a bold campaign that stood out against the more millennial-aligned suncare brands and create a darker and moodier look and feel that is almost supernatural in its defiance of the sun, and makes the implicit explicit, by subtly casting a light on the hidden dangers of seemingly clean sunscreen.

SMAKK led overall campaign development as well as art direction and creation of marketing assets for out of home, email and social media.
